Booking

To take into account:

The whole of the stay hired (the cost of the room, but not the meals), even though for different reasons this is reduced (either so that you arrive some day later, or you leave some day before the departure date accorded in the reservation), will be paid.

Diposit:

To make effective the booking will be necessary a payment and signal, that it will be discounted from the total payment of the stay, and that it will remain as deposit in case the reserved accommodations are canceled with little anticipation. If the booking is canceled with more than 30 days, the payment and signal will be returned. If it is communicated with among 7 and 15 days of anticipation, 50% of the amount of the payment and signal will be returned and if it is communicated in the 7 days before the date of arrival, the payment and signal will remain at our disposal. This payment is necessary to carry out in the account number that we will facilitate you, putting as a concept the noun and surnames of the person that has made the reservation.

Payment:

The rest of the amount of the total of the stay will be made at the arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.

Important:

• In high season or if the accommodation is reserved for that day, the hour of exit is before 10 in the morning and that of arrival is from 16 from the afternoon.
• Animals are not allowed.
• It is not permit the accommodation and the utilization of the facilities for more persons of the one that has been agreed.
• The accommodations and the swimming pool they are for use exclusive to the hosts. The public liability does not take charge of the not lodged persons. Therefore, we can not accept visits.

The prices include:

• The utilization of all services and comforts of the accommodation.
• The use of all facilities.
• Utilization of the kitchen and appliances.
• Ornament of the home and utensils of cooking.
• Sheets and towels.
• Light, heating, water.
• Use of the Television and DVD.
